Rhinitis as a condition can be viral, infectious, allergic and non allergic. Perrenial rhinitis is a condition that is similar to hay fever but affects the body with different particulates.

Perrenial Rhinitis like Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis is a condition that affects the nasal passages.
